Pre-conference workshops

Hands-on and classroom workshops are offered ahead of the main congress programme. Places are limited — especially for the ARTs wet-lab course — and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after registration opens.

                            ARTs workshop: maximum 25 participants (morning lectures + afternoon wet labs).

                            All other workshops: maximum 30 participants each.

Exact dates, venues and fees will be published with the registration system. Workshops are typically held on the day(s) immediately before the congress (24 November 2027 and/or adjacent dates — to be confirmed).

Advanced reproductive technologies (ARTs) in ruminants

Intensive course on embryo technologies and related ARTs in cattle and other ruminants. Limited to 25 participants to ensure meaningful wet-lab practice.

Fertility workshop

Practical approaches to herd fertility and diagnostics, combining synchronisation strategies with imaging techniques used in the field and clinic.

Neonatology and calf welfare

                            Places are limited. The ARTs workshop is capped at 25 participants because of the
                            hands-on wet-lab component. All other workshops are capped at 30 participants.

Presenting authors and delegates may register for one or more workshops subject to availability
