About WICC
The Windhoek International Convention Centre (WICC) is a purpose-built conference venue in Windhoek, operated in association with the Accor hotel group. It hosts conferences, seminars, exhibitions and gala events with modern audio-visual technology, high-speed internet and flexible seating layouts.

Exhibition opportunities
Industry partners, universities, equipment suppliers and service providers are invited to take part in the congress exhibition held alongside the scientific programme at WICC (25–27 November 2027).

WICC is in Windhoek at the Accor conference complex on the Corner of Auas and Aviation Road area (Mövenpick / Mercure campus), with convenient road access from the city centre and the international airport.
From the city centre
Typically about 10–15 minutes by car or taxi, depending on traffic.
From Hosea Kutako Airport
Typically about 40–45 minutes by car (traffic dependent).
From Eros Airport
Mövenpick is advertised as only about 500 m from Eros Airport.
