Country income groups follow the current World Bank classification. Fees are indicative for planning; the organisers may adjust final amounts before registration opens. Card and bank charges, where applicable, are borne by the registrant.

Category definitions

Delegate A

Veterinarians and professionals resident in high-income countries (World Bank). Full access to the scientific programme, materials and listed social events.

Delegate B

Veterinarians and professionals resident in upper-middle-income or lower-middle-income countries. Same programme access as Delegate A at a reduced fee.

Delegate C

Veterinarians and professionals resident in low-income countries. Full programme access.

Student A

Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students in veterinary or related sciences, resident in high-income countries. Valid student ID required.

Student B

Full-time students resident in upper-middle-income or lower-middle-income countries. Same programme access as Student A at a reduced fee. Valid student ID required.

Student C

Full-time students resident in low-income countries. Full programme access. Valid student ID required.

What’s included

Unless stated otherwise, a full registration fee includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Congress bag and programme materials
  • Opening ceremony / welcome event (as scheduled)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches on congress days
  • Certificate of attendance

Optional items (e.g. gala dinner, pre-congress workshops, accompanying person packages) may be offered separately during online registration and are not included in the base fee.

Terms & payment

  • Registration is confirmed only when the full fee has been received by the congress secretariat.
  • Early-bird rates apply only if payment is completed by the early-bird deadline.
  • Cancellations and refunds follow the policy published on the official registration portal.
  • All Student (A, B, C) registrations require valid proof of student status.
  • Invoice and payment details are provided during online registration.
