Terms & conditions

Payment schedule

  • 50% of the agreed amount with the signed contract
  • Balance payable within 1 month of the contract date
  • Special schedules may be agreed by negotiation
  • Payment by bank transfer (preferred)
  • Credit-card payments: card commission added

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing
  • 50% of the total amount charged after contract signature
  • No refund for cancellations after 30 June 2027
  • Final terms are those stated in the sponsorship contract

  • Contact details may be used by organisers and approved stakeholders for event administration and related promotion
  • Name, organisation and country may appear on the delegate list provided to participants and partners
  • Advise us if you do not consent
